We advise on equity-oriented digital health design, implementation, evaluation, and communications. Below are a few examples of the types of consultation we can provide:
- Adapt a clinical trial to include key implementation outcomes, such as feasibility, acceptability, and sustainability
- Review and provide input on content for language and literacy considerations (in English, Spanish, and Cantonese) for print and media-based communications, particularly for use in populations with limited health literacy, limited English proficiency, and who face other barriers to use and usability
- Advise digital health companies on usability testing, with a specific focus on inclusion of participants often excluded from clinical trials
- Develop evaluation measures and sampling strategies
- Coach community health clinics and Federally Qualified Health Centers as they approach innovation challenges, such as implementing telehealth
- Advise health providers and systems before, during, and after digital health interventions

We offer two distinct types of consultation: the first involves direct input from a member of our faculty, and the second includes staff support for project management, coordination, data collection, analysis, and dissemination of results.
We function on a contract basis and fees vary depending on project scope. We also offer internal and non-profit rates.
